Steeler Inc has branches serving across the Western United States and Canada year-round.

Objective:
Currently seeking for a qualified Credit Analyst to contribute to the effective operations of the Credit Department from our Seattle Corporate headquarters. This candidate will work closely with our customer’s along with a diverse set of Steeler, Inc. teams.

  • Key support function for the Credit Manager that will help in administration of credit policy and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain customer accounts and data management. (using Experian and other programs).
  • Evaluate customer’s credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
  • Monitor and research accounts to identify outstanding receivables, collect payment from customers and post accurate notes to customer’s accounts.
  • Review and release of orders that have routed to credit.
  • File Preliminary notices per state laws.
  • Works closely with Sales and Management to communicate issues and help resolve problems
  • Ability to learn processes and systems quickly to keep pace with Corporate environment and changes.

Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work individually or as a part of the team.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
  • Mathematical rigor must have strong analytical, problem solving.

Preferred:

Working knowledge of Lien and Bond Laws (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
